Please choose carefully. Compassion will not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund or exchange when item(s) is faulty, wrongly described, or not as per ordered.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless the item(s) is faulty or not as per ordered. Please retain a copy of your receipt for proof of purchase.
If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service at info@compassion.ca or call 1 800-563-5437 within 72 hours of receiving the product.
Our Exchange Policy:
You may exchange most new, unopened, unworn item(s) sold through the Compassion's Shop.
The item(s) must be returned in new, unused condition and in the original packaging to obtain an exchange (minus any shipping charges). We will not accept item(s) returned otherwise. Additional delivery charges may apply in some circumstances.
