Position: Contact Centre Associate
Department: Sponsor Donor Services
Location: London Ontario Canada
This candidate should have experience in customer service, good communication skills both verbal and written, the ability to multi-task and proficiency in a computerized environment.
Working Knowledge of:
- Windows XP
- Office 2003
The following skills would be considered an asset:
- Experience in customer service
- Good communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to multi-task and proficiency in a computerized environment
- Excellent keyboarding skills
