Technical & Vocational Training in Honduras
Compassion has identified technical and vocational education and training (TVET) as an opportunity for youth in Honduras to develop the skills needed to thrive in the workplace. This project is aimed at supporting 660 youth and caregivers to either (1) enter the labour market with a productive set of skills or (2) have the ability and skills needed to start their own business for income generation. The training processes will enable youth to have marketable skills for entering the workforce and/or generating their own income in order to break the cycle of poverty.
