Nehemiah is a former Compassion child from Uganda. After receiving vocational training through the program, Nehemiah became a mechanic. Sadly he was involved in an accident at his workplace and has been left paralyzed from the waist down. Compassion Uganda asks us to pray that Nehemiah would regain the use of his legs. Pray that the whole family would know God’s comfort during this difficult time.
But I want you to know that the Son of Man has authority on earth to forgive sins.” So he said to the paralyzed man, “Get up, take your mat and go home.” Then the man got up and went home. (Matthew 9:6-7)
