Please pray for girls from the Maasai tribe in Kenya whose families wish them to undergo genital mutilation. This traditionally takes place when a girl turns 12 so that she will be suitable for marriage, and often takes place during the holiday break. Pray that Compassion’s education efforts will prevent this practice over during the holiday break.
