My spouse and I sponsor together. Why doesn’t My Compassion acknowledge my spouse?
My Compassion is set up so that each spouse has his or her own account rather than a shared one, with the primary account being that of the owner of the email address we have on file. A future update will allow you to link accounts with your spouse, letting you each have a custom experience on My Compassion while still being able to share the same data.
