Today is International Women’s Day. In some countries where Compassion works, women are often denied their rights and have limited opportunities to earn an income and provide for their families. Please pray for these women as they strive to improve the lives of their children despite their difficult circumstances.
Yet the Lord longs to be gracious to you; therefore he will rise up to show you compassion. For the Lord is a God of justice. Blessed are all who wait for him! (Isaiah 30:18)
