Today as we wait expectantly to celebrate the birth of our Lord, praise God that He is “God with us” who comes alongside all those who are suffering in this world.
See, the virgin will become pregnant and give birth to a son, and they will name Him Immanuel, which is translated “God is with us.” (Matthew 1:23)
