Construction of WASH Facilities
In Tanzania, there is a growing need for adequate water, sanitation and hygiene facilities. Insufficient infrastructure leads to long wait times and poor hygiene, impacting children’s health, dignity and participation. Access to safe drinking water and sanitation facilities helps create a healthier, more supportive environment where every child can learn and thrive.
Your gift helps improve water, sanitation, and hygiene infrastructure for 2,319 Compassion children located across northern Tanzania. Over a 9-month period, 11 local church partners will receive resources to construct toilets, boreholes and water-harvesting systems to better protect children and youth.
