Sharing about your fundraiser is one of the most important parts of the process! You might choose to share about your fundraiser online or in-person.

When sharing online, it can be difficult to put your fundraising initiatives into words. Don’t worry. We’re here to help with that. Here are some scripting ideas of how to share about your fundraiser; just copy and paste.

Below you’ll find some content that you can copy and paste into your social media feeds and then personalize.

INSTAGRAM

For a great Instagram post, make sure:

  • You use an image or graphic that represents your cause or fundraiser. (We’ve made some you can download right now!)
  • Reference the URL to your fundraiser (links can only be placed in Instagram bios, not in individual posts)
  • Use a hashtag that’s specific to the cause or issue you’re fundraising for, e.g. #Water #PrenatalHealth
  • Make sure that you mention @CompassionCA so that we can like and share your posts
